COUNTERS TO A COSH ATTACK

1. Knee strike to chest counter to a punch.

4. Outside goose neck and throw to mat counter to a punch
5. Wrist lock and counter to a roundhouse punch.
6. Double elbow to face and downwards elbow to back counter to a roundhouse punch.
7. Arm lock and knee strike counter to a roundhouse punch.
8. Dragon grabs its prey from a punch.

COUNTERS TO A KICK ATTACK

1. Scissor step and throw counter to a front snap kick.
2. Sealing the breath counter to a side snap kick.
3. Elbow strike and knee stamp counter to a roundhouse kick.
4. Knee take down to a side kick.
5. Palm strike and throw counter to a front snap kick,
6. Tiger bites the peasants foot.
7. Counter to an axe kick.
